Teacher

Amy Kalaczynski lives in East Hampton, NY with her family. When she's not chasing her 2 year old daughter around, she teaches meditation, yoga, mat pilates and Ayurveda at Ross School and to private clients throughout the Hamptons. She is most passionate about teaching Vedic Meditation because it allows her to share with others what has been shared with her - a more balanced, joyful experience of life. This technique teaches you how to relax and enjoy life, no matter the circumstance.

Her spiritual journey began in 2010 when she immersed herself into Yoga, the union of individual self with Universal Self. Soon after becoming a certified Hatha Vinyasa Yoga teacher in 2015 her asana practice developed into a curiosity for meditation. In this same year she was introduced to Vedic Master Thom Knoles and learned Vedic Meditation. Since then she has been studying The Veda, specifically Advaita Vedanta, the philosophy of non-duality, under Thom Knoles and Jeff Kober. After traveling to Rishikesh, India, the birthplace of Vedic Meditation, she completed a 21 month intensive Initiator Training that allows her to teach this simple meditation technique. She hopes to teach you soon!
